At YourPlants.in, we take great care in packing and shipping live plants to ensure they reach you fresh, healthy, and safe.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver plants, seeds, and plantation products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Delivery availability may vary depending on pincode serviceability.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

  • Customized or bulk plantation orders may take longer (we will inform you in advance).

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer due to logistics constraints.

  • Unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, strikes, etc.) may extend delivery timelines.

4. Packaging & Safety

  • Plants are packed in secure, eco-friendly packaging to reduce transit damage.

  • Special care is taken to maintain moisture and protect roots during shipment.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and are visible at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or bulk orders (as announced on our website).

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment status directly through the courier partner’s website/app.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Someone should be available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • Please unbox the plant immediately upon delivery and water it if necessary.

8. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

  • If you receive a damaged plant/product, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos at order@yourplants.in or call +91-9864621261 / +91-8022441118.

  • If delivery is unduly delayed beyond 15 days, please contact us for assistance.

👉 Note: Plants are live products and may show minor stress during transit. Slight variations in size, shape, or color are natural and not considered damage.
