At YourPlants.in, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring that every plant, product, and service you receive from us meets the highest standards of quality. Since our items are live plants and natural products, we follow a transparent and fair Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Returns Policy

Because we deal with live plants, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The wrong item has been delivered.

  • The plant or product is received in a damaged or unusable condition due to transit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation within the allowed time frame.

  • Damaged or incorrect delivery, verified with photos.

Refund process:

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • In some cases, we may offer replacement plants instead of refunds, depending on availability.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants that are healthy and correctly delivered.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, delay in unboxing, or lack of care after delivery.

  • Discounted or clearance items.

5. Replacements

  • If the product delivered is incorrect or damaged, we will arrange a free replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

6. How to Raise a Refund/Return Request

  • Share your order ID, photos, and issue details.

  • Our team will guide you through the verification and resolution process.
