3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our secure payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, etc.).

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST (as applicable).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver plants across India through courier/transport partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather, and logistics.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and contact details at checkout.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases (see detailed policy page).

  • Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged deliveries reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Plants are living beings; survival depends on proper care after delivery.

  • Customers must follow the care instructions provided for each plant.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by neglect, improper handling, or environmental factors after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on YourPlants.in (logos, product images, descriptions, designs) is the intellectual property of The Light of Northeast Enterprise.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • YourPlants.in is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We do not provide guarantees for plant growth or yield, as it depends on soil, climate, and care.

  • We value your privacy. Personal data collected during orders is used only for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
